GTM Operator OS is GTM recruiting and advisory built for AI/SaaS companies scaling from $10M to $50M+ ARR. We've lived in the seat — now we help founders build revenue infrastructure that actually works.

Through GTM Operator OS, we offer five integrated service lines: Executive Search (retained search for GTM leaders, Director through C-suite), GTM Advisory (milestone-based engagements on ICP, sales process, and team architecture), Fractional Leadership (interim CRO/VP Sales for immediate accountability), Workshops & Programs (enterprise sales and AI-enabled GTM training), and Capital Access (introductions to aligned VCs, PE, and angels).

Our senior partners average 20–30+ years of GTM experience spanning IC through CRO/COO roles. We run 45–60 day search cycles — about twice industry speed — with search and advisory under one roof. Series A–C. US & Canada. AI/SaaS native.
