David Self

David Self is a seasoned professional in the health and fitness industry with extensive experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, and entrepreneurship. David began the career as an intern at The University of Texas at Austin before launching a personal training business and later founding Austin Integrative Fitness, emphasizing customer experience and technology. As co-founder and Executive Director of Revenue and Innovation at Keet Health, David contributed to the development of a digital platform for physical therapy that was acquired by WebPT, serving over 25,000 therapists and 2 million patients. Currently, David is involved as a co-founder at GTMfund, supporting early-stage B2B SaaS startups, and is embarking on a new venture with Stealth Startup. David holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University and has completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School focusing on strategy for value-based healthcare delivery.
