Samuel E. Proctor

Samuel E. Proctor is the current CEO of GTR. Samuel has held this position since September 2017. Prior to this, they were an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from October 2010 to September 2017. Before that, they were a research assistant at The Wharton School from January 2003 to December 2007.

Samuel E. Proctor was educated at the University of Chicago Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor. Prior to that, they studied economics at The Wharton School, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS).
