Boyko Botev

Boyko Botev is an experienced operations and problem management professional with a strong background in network operations and change control. Currently serving as the Director of Problem Management at GTT since September 2022, Boyko previously held the role of Senior Manager at DraftKings Inc., overseeing two teams and contributing to the development of strategic operational processes. Before this, Boyko worked at SBTech as a Group Manager for Network Operations, and returned to GTT as a Senior Operations Manager focusing on change control and supplier management. Boyko’s extensive career includes significant roles at Interoute, where various positions spanned from Shift Operations Manager to Deputy Shift Operations Manager, ultimately leading to senior management responsibilities in change control. Boyko’s early career involved roles such as NOC Engineer at Neterra. Educationally, Boyko completed an undergraduate degree in German and English from English Language School "Plovdiv."
