Bruno Sanches has a diverse education history in the field of information technology and telecommunications. Bruno began their education at ISTEC - Instituto Superior de Tecnologias Avançadas, where they pursued a Licenciatura em Informática from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they also attended COMPTA and GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE for courses in Telecommunications.

In 2006, Bruno attended the HUAWEI Tranning Center to become a CDMA Engineer, focusing on CDMA 450 technology. Bruno furthered their education in 2007 at Alcatel-Lucent (Cascais) to gain knowledge in telecommunications.

In 2009, Bruno attended Pink Elephant to obtain an ITIL Foundation certification in Service Support and Service Delivery. In 2011, they returned to Pink Elephant to complete the ITIL - IT Service Manager V2 certification.

Additionally, Bruno has acquired several certifications outside of their formal education, including Prince 2 Foundations from EXIN in 2013, ITIL V2 Manager from EXIN in 2011, and ITIL V3 Foundations from EXIN in 2010.

Currently, Bruno is working towards earning Fortinet certifications, including NSE3, NSE 1, and NSE 2, all of which they are expected to obtain in 2023.
