Daniel Lai has extensive experience in network engineering and management, currently serving as Manager of Hosted Voice Engineering at GTT since November 2017 and previously held the position of Senior VOIP Infrastructure Engineer. Prior experience includes a decade at Transbeam, where roles spanned Lead of Network Engineering, Manager of Network Operations, and NOC Supervisor, with responsibilities in overseeing nationwide core network infrastructure, managing engineering operations, and supervising a 24x7 Network Operations Center. Daniel began a career in graphic design and project management at Sign-A-Rama from 2000 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Networking and Security from Anthem Institute, and a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
