Dennis Pless

Dennis Pless has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Dennis has served as a Vice President of Human Resources at GTT since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast Spotlight from 2016 to 2018, where they provided strategic HR leadership for five out of nine Spotlight regions. Before that, Dennis worked at Arrow Electronics as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas operations. At tw telecom, they held the positions of VP of HR Business Partner - Sales and Operations and Senior Director of HR Business Partner - Sales. Dennis also has experience at Level 3 Communications as the Senior Director of Performance Management, and at Johns Manville as an HR Leader for the Central Region & Roofing Systems and an HR Manager for Science and Technology. Overall, Dennis has a strong background in HR leadership, with expertise in organizational design, talent development, and strategic planning.

Dennis Pless earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management - HR from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1988-1989. Prior to that, they attended Colorado State University from 1985-1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Dennis'searlier education includes studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Colorado State University and completing a General program at Sheridan High School. In addition to their formal education, Dennis Pless has also obtained certifications in 7 Habits facilitation, Profilor 360 Feedback, Prosci - Change Management, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
