Dimitar Minkov has extensive experience in the telecommunications and network engineering sectors, currently serving as an Incident Manager at GTT since June 2019, with previous roles including Principal Network Engineer Tier 1, Senior Service Desk Engineer, and Service Desk Engineer. Prior to GTT, Dimitar worked at VIVACOM as a Senior Communications Specialist and held a position as a Telecommunications Engineer at NURTS Bulgaria AD. Early career experience includes support roles at ICYGEN and Blizoo. Dimitar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University Sofia and a CCNA Routing & Switching certification from Cisco Networking Academy.
