Dora Zerva has extensive experience in technical support and management roles within the telecommunications and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for NMC Compute & Security at GTT since June 2018, Dora has also held various managerial and team lead positions within the same company. Prior to GTT, Dora worked at Interoute as a TSS UCOMM Engineer, providing 2nd line break/fix support, and at Stream Global Services as a Customer Support Representative for Microsoft services. Earlier career experience includes roles at Technical Cover of Greece as a Customer Service and Support Representative and Personal Assistant to the Chairman, as well as providing secretarial support at "NEO” Secondary Education Institute. Education was completed at General Lyceum of Kranidi Argolidos from 1994 to 1997.
