Grigor Bonev

Grigor Bonev is a seasoned technical operations manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Technical Operations Shift Manager at GTT since June 2018, Grigor is responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and managing operational validation for IP services. Prior to this role, Grigor held the same title at Interoute from March 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included handling escalations for operational issues and maintaining team schedules. Grigor's earlier experience at NOVATEL EOOD (2011-2016) involved service provisioning and NOC support, while the role as NOC Specialist at Vestitel BG JSC (2008-2011) focused on network monitoring and incident coordination. Grigor holds a Master's degree in Communications and Insurance Equipment from Higher Transport School Todor Kableshkov and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Techniques and Technologies from the College of Telecommunications and Posts.
