Ivan Ivanov

Ivan Ivanov has extensive experience in network management and engineering, currently serving as NMC Shift Manager at GTT since June 2018, overseeing core IP, Transmission, Voice, Hosting, and Infrastructure networks. Prior roles include Deputy Shift Manager and NOC Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing Trouble Tickets and utilizing monitoring tools for incident management. Ivan has previously worked at Interoute from February 2015 to July 2018, advancing through roles from Junior Engineer to Engineer while gaining in-depth knowledge of SDH/DWDM platforms and equipment from various vendors. Early experience includes positions as Head Lifeguard at Continental Pools, Inc. and Junior Engineer at Blizoo. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from TU - Sofia and a language degree from the High School of Foreign Languages.
