James Steinbeck serves as the Field Services Manager at GTT since September 2017, overseeing technical assistance, employee development, and the creation and implementation of key processes and a national quality assurance program. James also holds extensive experience at Covad Communications in various roles, culminating as Field Operations Manager. James earned a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Hayward, CA, between 1996 and 1998.
