Laura Andreou

Laura Andreou has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles. Laura is currently working as the HR Director for DACH & Benelux at GTT. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Manager for EMEA at SATO Europe. Laura also has experience as an HR Coordinator at HARMAN International and as an HR Specialist at Booking.com. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Ambitious People Group and as a Management Assistant at T-Systems.

Laura Andreou has a diverse education background. Laura completed a course in Personeelsmanagement at ICM opleidingen & trainingen in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Arbeitsrecht from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau between 2015 and 2017. In 2010-2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, specializing in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, at Provadis School of International Management. Laura also achieved an Abitur, equivalent to a high school diploma, at Abendgymnasium Neu-Isenburg from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they completed a Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin program in Englisch/ Französisch at Institut für Industrie und Wirtschaft from 2005 to 2007.

Laura has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Notably, they gained certifications from Fortinet, including Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate, Level 2: Certified Associate, and Level 1: Certified Associate. Laura obtained the Level 2 certification in May 2023, the Level 1 certification in July 2023, and the Level 3 certification in August 2023. Laura also completed several professional development courses on topics such as learning from failure, 360-Degree Feedback, effectively delivering criticism, giving negative feedback to senior colleagues, leading at a distance, and building a talent pipeline. These courses were offered by institutions such as Skillsoft and LinkedIn, with completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2023.
