Mark Pearson is a project and programme manager with over 20 years of experience, specializing in customer-facing project management for custom network transformations and software development. They have overseen projects valued up to 125 MUSD and involving as many as 700 sites, excelling in both agile and waterfall methodologies. Currently, Mark is a Lead Project Manager at GTT, having previously held significant roles at AT&T, where they developed governance systems and quality management frameworks.
