Nikolay Bojkov

Nikolay Bojkov is an experienced engineer currently working at GTT in the Service Engineering and Automation team since July 2022, where responsibilities include providing tier-3 support for core ISP services and developing Ansible automation for various network tasks. Prior to GTT, Nikolay held roles at IBM as a Network Remote Support Specialist focused on Cisco Unified Communications Manager and at Tek Experts as Billing Team Manager overseeing customer support operations. With a solid foundation in customer service and management gained from positions at Hostway Corporation, including Customer Service and Billing Operations Manager, as well as earlier experience as a Pool Manager and Barista, Nikolay combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills. Nikolay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria.
