Roderick Tilt

Roderick Tilt has a comprehensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Roderick most recently served as the SVP Global Service Delivery at GTT, where they oversaw a range of implementation functions and managed teams across 12 global offices. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP Service Delivery, Europe at GTT. Before joining GTT, Tilt worked at Verizon Business as the Director of Transition and Transformation. Roderick also served as the Director of Service Delivery and Operations (interim) at Intamac Systems. Earlier in their career, Tilt held prominent roles at Reliance Globalcom, where they served as the VP of Client Projects, and Vanco US LLC, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer. Roderick also held the position of Head of Project and Programme Management at Vanco UK Ltd. Tilt has a strong track record of driving growth, improving client satisfaction, and successfully managing large-scale contracts and projects.

Roderick Tilt has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Business and Engineering from Bournemouth University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Roderick further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Henley Business School between 2018 and 2021. In their earlier education, Roderick attended Hereford Cathedral School from 1985 to 1992.
