Scott Smith

Scott Smith is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury management. Currently serving as Director of Treasury at GTT since May 2018, Scott has progressed through roles including Treasury Operations Manager and Treasury Operations Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Treasury Analyst at Interoute, where responsibilities encompassed managing over 200 bank accounts and overseeing cash management for a global telecommunications firm. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as a Finance Assistant at Methodist Homes MHA, contributing to the establishment of leaseholder and amenity fund accounts, and as an Assistant at Trevor Vennett Smith Auctioneers, gaining valuable customer service experience. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance and Accounting from Nottingham Trent University and is currently pursuing further education with the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
