Sonia Teran is a seasoned professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at GTT since March 2024. Teran has extensive experience in building and leading customer-focused teams, having previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and as the owner of Go2Girl LLC, a personal concierge service dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.
