Stefano Maldera is an experienced manager in project management and service delivery, currently leading teams at EXA Infrastructure since September 2021, following the transition from GTT, where Stefano held the same role starting June 2018. With a career that began at Interoute in May 2006, Maldera has developed expertise in managing escalations and premium customers, leading complex projects, and ensuring service delivery according to contractual agreements. Prior to his management roles, Maldera gained technical experience as a Senior Project Manager, NOC IP Engineer, and Customer Service Engineer. Additionally, in a previous position at Unidata S.p.A., Maldera managed customer services and field teams. Maldera holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Bachelor of Science from Ist. Salesiano Villa Sora.
