Brenna L. has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Brenna currently serves as the SVP, General Counsel at Euna Solutions. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Skyview Capital, where they assisted in creating a global legal team. Prior to that, Brenna was the Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Fidelis Cybersecurity, where they managed all merger and acquisition activities. Brenna also has experience as Associate General Counsel at Westcon-Comstor and as Senior Counsel at Inmarsat Solutions. Brenna started their legal career as a Senior Associate Attorney at Kalik Lewin and also worked as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant at Baker Botts LLP. Additionally, they gained experience through internships at the Department of Justice and the Embassy of Belgium, as well as a research assistant position at Northrop Grumman International.

Brenna L. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University in the years 1996-2000. Brenna then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a JD degree with a focus on Comparative and International Law Institute Program. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their high school education at Marlborough School. In addition to their degrees, they also acquired certifications from various United States courts, including the United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit (obtained in 2007), United States Court of International Trade (obtained in 2005), United States District Court for the District of Maryland (obtained in 2005), and United States Court of Appeals, State of Maryland (obtained in 2004).
