Derek Johns

Derek Johns has diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Station Operations Manager at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS). From 2018 to 2020, they worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts as an Employee Relations Business Partner and later as the Division Human Resources Manager for the New England region. In 2021, they joined Ion Wave Technologies as the Director of Operations until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Product Management at Euna Solutions, formerly known as GTY Technology.

Derek Johns holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University, completed in 2017. Derek is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Derek obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2020.
