Benjamin Garner has over a decade of experience in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as the Vice President Of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate since September 2020, specializing in a wide array of retail loan programs including QM and Non-QM, Conventional, FHA, VA, and state bond programs.
