David Booth

David Booth currently serves as the Divisional Builder Sales Manager at Rate, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, David served as the Specialized Markets Manager for Builder Services at Truist from October 2006 to October 2025. David's extensive experience in the mortgage industry includes roles such as Vice President and Division Mortgage Manager at Pulte Mortgage, Mortgage Loan Originator at North American Mortgage Company, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, as well as Mortgage Loan Originator at Bisbee Baldwin Mortgage Company. David is an alumnus of Florida State University - College of Business, where a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research was obtained between 1989 and 1991.
