Michael Dunham is an accomplished professional in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as the AVP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate since February 2020. Collaborating with top producer Sharbel Shamoon, Michael plays a key role in managing a pipeline of over 60 loans, striving to exceed annual production of 100 million while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this position, Michael held significant roles at The Federal Savings Bank as Vice President and Senior Mortgage Banker, where a focus on First Time Home Buying led to the closure of over 180 loans and a record business increase for the team. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Cherry Creek Mortgage, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Redwood Trust, Inc., highlighting expertise in loan application processes, operations, and quality assurance. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Communication from Harper College.
