Rick Parrish

Rick Parrish has extensive experience in mortgage management and planning, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Guaranteed Rate since January 2010, overseeing the Raleigh and Chapel Hill branches in North Carolina. Prior to this role, Rick founded and operated Integrated Mortgage Strategies from April 1999 to December 2009, providing full-service residential mortgage brokering in the Triangle area. Earlier in Rick's career, a position as Vice President at Village Companies was held from 1981 to 1990. Rick holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Psychology and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
