Randy Weems

Randy Weems is an executive law enforcement professional and public safety expert with a strong background in operational, tactical, and analytical approaches to community policing. They served as Police Chief for the City of Alice, TX, and held the position of Chief Deputy in Navajo County, as well as Lieutenant in both the Flagstaff Police Department and the City of El Mirage. Currently, Randy works as a Regional Sales Manager at Guard911, focusing on active shooter technology and training. Randy is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix and has earned multiple Master's Degrees in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
