Lars Letonoff is an accomplished business leader with significant experience in the technology and finance sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Guardare, Inc. since January 2024, Lars leads the development of an AI-powered platform focused on enhancing security and compliance for organizations. Lars has also served on the board of directors for Limble and DataDome since 2022. Previously, Lars held prominent roles at KnowBe4, including Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer, contributing to the company’s growth from 2011 to 2023. Lars's prior experience includes leadership positions at Sunbelt Software, Prudent Bay Capital Management, Thunder Capital Management, Avalon Research Group, and Bull Dog Capital Management. Lars holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tampa and a BBA from the University of South Florida.
