John Studdert

John Studdert is an experienced business advisor and investor with a rich background in supporting early stage and fast-growing companies. Currently serving as a Business Advisor for Shark Tank Australia since March 2023, John collaborates with Curio Pictures to select viable companies for investment opportunities. As the Founder and Managing Director of 80/20 Advisors since November 2012, John has guided numerous startups through their growth phases. Additional roles include Chairman at mendrhub, Chairman of the Advisory Board at Rate Money, and investor and advisor positions with several businesses such as Guardhouse, YBell Fitness, and Home Caring. John’s academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Education with a focus on Psychology from the University of Sydney.
