Wayne Speziale

Wayne Speziale has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Wayne currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Guardian Computer, a role they have been in since May 2022. Prior to this, Wayne was the Information Technology Operations Manager at the same company from November 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Guardian Computer, Wayne spent a significant portion of their career at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and its affiliates. From January 2013 to October 2020, they served as the Director of Site Management for the largest franchise group of North American New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In this role, Wayne provided senior leadership and was responsible for operations, strategic direction, lease and vendor negotiations, long-range planning, national center management, and customer service. Wayne also negotiated and developed yearly strategies and future growth models.

Wayne's career at New Horizons started in 1998 when they joined New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of New Orleans & Biloxi. Wayne held various roles during their tenure, including Director of Operations, Training & IT, Training and IT Manager, Training Manager, and Senior Instructor. In these roles, Wayne was responsible for overseeing operations, training, and IT departments. Wayne led teams, developed and delivered training programs, managed resources, administered networks, and ensured the availability of necessary equipment and software. Wayne also earned recognition for their teaching skills and trained a large number of students.

Prior to their time at New Horizons, Wayne briefly worked as an Account Coordinator at Moroch in 1998 and as a Production Assistant at A&A Signs from 1996 to 1998.

Wayne Speziale's education history begins with their attendance at Brother Martin High School from 1988 to 1993. Although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned, it can be inferred that they obtained a high school diploma during this time.
