Michelle Eilers

Michelle Eilers is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and client management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Guardian Life since January 2023, Michelle previously held the role of Senior Account Executive at Gallagher from November 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing a $1 million book of business with a 98% retention rate and consulting on various employee benefits.
