Devishree Mohan

Devishree Mohan has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources, starting from Analyst at Cognizant in 2014. Devishree then worked as a Senior Executive in HR BP and Operations at Fivesky from July 2015 to March 2018. Following that, they joined Excellann LLP as an Assistant Manager in Delivery from May 2018 to September 2020, and later progressed to becoming a Delivery Manager in HR BP from October 2019 to September 2020. Devishree then joined Aggregate Intelligence, Inc as a Manager in HR BP from September 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working at GuardianLink since October 2021, initially as a Deputy Manager in HR BP and now serving as a member of the COO's Office as People Operations and Partnerships.

Devishree Mohan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from GEMS B SCHOOL. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli. Devishree also completed a PG Diploma in Counseling Psychology and Life Coaching from CCS Academy.

Additionally, Devishree has acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Devishree obtained a Diversity Inclusion and Belonging certification from SHRM CP - SCP in February 2023. In March 2022, they received a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn. Devishree also holds a Certification in Social Psychology from Udemy, obtained in March 2021.

Devishree has certifications in the field of human resources as well. Devishree is a Certified HR & Payroll Professional from Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd., obtained in February 2021. In May 2020, they became a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner [Accredited] through Udemy. Devishree also holds a certification as a Certified Tech Recruiter from hirist.com, obtained in May 2020.
