Or Ekstein has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Or currently works as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Guardio since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Manager Software Engineer at Datto, Inc. from March 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Datto, Inc., Or worked as a Software Developer at Bitdam, which was acquired by Datto, from November 2018 to March 2021. Or started their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Software Development Team Lead from June 2015 to October 2018 and as a Software developer and QA automation from January 2013 to May 2015.

Or Ekstein completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2016 to 2019. Or then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University from 2020 to 2022.
