Edward Neal

Edward N. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Edward started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Expeditionary Airfields Operations Chief, where they were responsible for maintaining the safe operation of airfield assets and constant communication with air traffic control and pilots. After retiring from the military, Edward worked as an Electronics Technician for the Fort Worth Police Officers Association, where they installed, repaired, and maintained emergency lighting systems and other special equipment for police vehicles. Edward also served as an Abandoned Vehicle Enforcement Officer, patrolling assigned areas and preparing reports and citations. Edward then transitioned to Cinesoultions LLC., where they worked as a Lead Audiovisual Installer. Their responsibilities included designing, programming, and installing audio and video packages for residential and commercial clients. Edward was proficient in terminating various connectors and cables. Finally, Edward is currently working as an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst at GuardSight, Inc.

Edward N. began their education journey in 2013 at Arizona Western College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice. Edward completed this program in 2015. Later, in 2018, Edward enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. Edward successfully completed this program in 2020.

In 2021, Edward sought further education in the field of cybersecurity. Edward attended Divergence Academy and completed a program as a Cyber Security Analyst. Although no degree was mentioned for this program, it is assumed that it was a certification or specialized training course.

In addition to their formal education, Edward obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 2021, they received certifications in "Cybersecurity Professional Penetration Tester Program" from Divergence Academy, and "CompTIA Security+ ce Certification" from CompTIA. Edward also obtained the "Fortinet NSE 1-3 Certification" from Fortinet in the same month. Additionally, in January 2022, they completed the "Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks" course from Coursera, and in October 2022, they obtained the "CompTIA Network+" certification from CompTIA.
