Matthew Bourn has a varied work experience. From 2001 to 2013, they worked at CP Internet, where they held multiple roles such as R&D Specialist, Department Expansion Coordinator, QA Specialist, and Technical Support Representative. During this time, they were responsible for solving complex customer experience challenges, creating and deploying policies, procedures, interfaces, and training material for the new B2B customer service department, proofing and reviewing websites built in-house for customers, and exploring and researching new technologies to help expand the company. In 2012, they began attending California State University, Chico as a student. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at GuardSight, Inc. as a Senior Security Analyst and Security Analyst II. Matthew also worked as a Technical Consultant at TrueMediaHero.com in 2013. In 2014, they participated in both the National Cyber League and US Cyber Challenge.
Matthew Bourn attended Shasta College from 2010 to 2012 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Matthew then attended California State University, Chico from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Matthew also attended Connecting Point, LLC. from 2000 to 2001 and obtained certifications in A+, MCP, CCNA, and MCDBA in the field of Computer Science.
