Tom Grossman

Tom Grossman has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and development. Tom is currently working as a Software Engineer at Guardz since 2022. Previously, they worked at Rapid7 as a Principal Software Engineer and Lead DevOps Engineer from 2021 to 2022, where they had cross R&D responsibilities and worked directly under the VP R&D. Prior to Rapid7, Tom served as the Director of Software Engineering at IntSights, a Rapid7 company, from 2020 to 2021. Tom also held the roles of Full Stack Team Lead from 2017 to 2020 and Full Stack Developer from 2015 to 2017 at the same company. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Verint as a Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015 and as a QA Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Tom began their career at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they served as Assimilation & Deployment of New Technology Systems & QA from 2006 to 2009.

Tom Grossman graduated from The Open University of Israel in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
