Reni Risdauli currently serves as an Operations Officer at GudangAda since August 2021 and is the owner of RND Flower, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) established in March 2019 that specializes in producing and selling various types of bouquets, including floral bouquets, money bouquets, gift bouquets, and wedding bouquets. RND Flower also offers event-related services, such as wedding car decorations, flower boxes, and frames, targeting sales in the Cilegon - Serang area. Reni Risdauli gained initial industry exposure through a student internship at Indonesia Power in early 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, completed in October 2020.
