Guerrilla
Rob Bare is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, digital awards judging, and music venue management. Currently serving as Strategy Director and Partner at Guerrilla since February 2015, Rob has also held roles as a Webby Awards Judge with the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences in early 2023 and as a board member at Bleached Arts Ltd from June 2015 to July 2017. Additionally, Rob judged the 23rd AMY Awards, recognizing excellence in Australia’s digital industry, and co-founded Soundlounge, a key live music venue on the Gold Coast, where over 600 shows were booked and promoted. As Founder and Managing Director of R&B Creative from 2000 to 2015, Rob managed employees and strategic operations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from Griffith University and a Senior Certificate from Canterbury College.
