Blake Politeski

Lead Robot Game Designer

Blake Politeski is an experienced video game designer with a focus on level and combat design, currently serving as Lead Robot Game Designer and Principal Combat Designer at Guerrilla since 2008. Notable contributions include principal design work on Horizon Forbidden West and senior design work on Horizon Zero Dawn, as well as involvement in level and narrative design for Killzone Shadow Fall and level design for Killzone 2 and 3. Prior to Guerrilla, Blake worked as a Level Designer at Ubisoft from July 2004 to February 2008, contributing to titles such as Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and Splinter Cell: Conviction. Blake also gained initial experience as a QA Tester at EA Burnaby for a brief period in 2004, following education at the Art Institute of Vancouver, where a Diploma in Game Development Art & Design was earned in 2004.
