Floris Kooij has extensive experience in game design, currently serving as Lead Designer at Guerrilla Games since 2005, where prior roles included Senior Game Designer. Concurrently, Floris has worked as a Senior Game Designer at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe since 2008. Earlier career contributions include teaching at HKU from 2005 to 2007 and serving as a System Engineer/Programmer at TICC from 2003 to 2004. Educationally, Floris holds a bachelor's degree in game design and development from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht), completed in 2006.
