Gilbert Sanders is currently a Principal Artist at Guerrilla Games, where they have worked on the acclaimed game Horizon Zero Dawn since 2011. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Environment Artist and Shader and Texture Artist on the Killzone series from 2006 to 2010. Prior to their tenure at Guerrilla Games, Gilbert was a Graphic Designer and Art Director at Rooduijn Communicatie en Ontwerp from 1998 to 2006 and started their career as a Graphic Designer at Weps from 1996 to 1998. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art Teacher from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 1996.
