Patty Shields

Patty Shields is currently the Assistant General Counsel – Securities and Corporate Governance at GUESS?, Inc., where they leverage their legal expertise in corporate transactional law. Patty previously gained valuable experience through roles such as a Legal Intern at Point72 and a Summer Associate at Goodwin, as well as engagement in collegiate sports marketing with the Boston Cannons and Major League Lacrosse. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology-Based Human Relations from Connecticut College.
