Xin Lu

Xin Lu has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the retail industry. Most recently, they served as the Head of Franchises and Business Development at GUESS?, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing franchises and driving business growth. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Franchisee at the same company.

Before joining GUESS?, Inc., Lu worked at ECCO Shoes as the Senior National Sales Manager, where they developed sales strategies, managed business expansion plans, and established partnerships with dealers and department stores. Xin also had additional responsibilities in performance category development and brand strategy exploration.

Earlier in their career, Lu served as the National KA Manager at Amer Sports, where they achieved significant growth in the company's biggest accounts through joint strategic business plans and effective competition strategies. Xin also worked as the National KA Manager at Puma, focusing on key account management and development strategies.
