Quality Assurance Engineer at GuestCentric Systems

Sofia Trindade has 14 years of work experience, primarily in the field of quality assurance and customer care. Sofia has been working at GuestCentric Systems since 2007, starting as a QA engineer and eventually becoming a regional director for key accounts in Southern Europe, Brazil, and Latin America. In their role as a team leader for customer care, they demonstrated their leadership skills. Prior to joining GuestCentric, they worked as a customer support representative and QA engineer. Additionally, they had a brief stint at GuestCentric in 2008 as a QA tester.

Sofia Trindade started their education at the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 1998 and completed their studies in 2003 in the field of Architecture. Following this, they attended the Hereford College of Arts from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BH(HONS) degree in Photography.
