Kevin Couch is a Regional Culinary Director at GuestCounts Hospitality, overseeing operations at Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar, Paladar Latin Kitchen, and Bomba Tacos and Tequila since 2006. With extensive experience in multi-unit management, Kevin has held roles such as Chef Saucier at Le Mas Perrier and Executive Chef/Partner at Spezia Restaurant. Kevin completed the Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 course and has been trained in the kitchens of renowned James Beard Award-winning chefs. Kevin’s culinary journey began at The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned an AOS in Culinary Arts.
