Ivan Rostovsky

Ivan Rostovsky has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Ivan began their career in 2009 as a Ruby-on-Rails developer at Anahoret, where they focused on writing clean, testable code and managing projects. In 2012, they joined Rostovsky IO as a Ruby on Rails developer, where they gained experience in solving hard tasks, code mentoring, and code refactoring by following OOP (Sandi Metz) principles.

In 2012, Ivan also joined Shrtct as a Ruby on Rails developer, where they worked until 2016.

From 2017, Ivan has been associated with GuestReady Group, starting as a Senior Ruby on Rail Developer before moving on to the roles of Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, and finally Python Developer. In their current role as a Python Lead Developer, Ivan takes charge of tech leading the squad, hiring and onboarding new developers. Throughout their time at GuestReady Group, Ivan has also been responsible for automatizing business processes using Python/Django and mentoring new developers.
