Guesture is a leading independent property management and hospitality company, founded by Pedro Reis. With roots in South Wales and a growing presence in Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, and Portugal, we specialise in short-term lets and serviced accommodation—offering both guests and property owners a truly personal experience.

Formerly known as AirFreedom, this business began in 2017 with a single spare room and a passion for genuine hospitality. Today, Guesture manages a select portfolio of award-winning homes, apartments, and unique stays. Our rebrand reflects a deeper commitment to hands-on service, warm guest experiences, and a blend of modern technology with human touch.

Our properties are always centrally located, uniquely designed and close to a wide range of amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and easy parking.

We partner up with Property Owners in order to increase their rental revenue. From a practical viewpoint, Guesture turns a residential property into a short-term let and deals with everything associated with the hosting side of the business, from:
-Interior designing
-Professional photo shooting
-Listing Creation
-Search Engine Optimisation
-Price Optimisations
-Payment Collection
-Professional Cleaning
-Amenities Supplies
-Guests Communications
-Check-ins and Check-outs.
-Maintenance management
-Online Concierge
- Luxury services

To top it up we thoroughly analyse the market in order to maximise revenue using our own algorithm, which is carefully updated with the best market intel. It provides the best offer to our guests while maximizing the property owner returns.

We have developed software which increases property exposure to over 300 different websites, so you can find our properties everywhere, and our proven record of occupancy rates is over the market median.
