Céline Entin has worked in various roles since 2014. Céline started at Yotpo as a Community Manager in 2014, where they were responsible for maintaining and updating dedicated Marketplace responding to users' inquiries, as well as reviewing and insuring proper content displayed to all users. In 2015, they took on the role of Strategic Account Manager at Viggo Smart Hotel, where they were responsible for managing strategic EMEA accounts and ensuring account satisfaction through dedicated consultations and best practices. Since 2019, they have been working at Guesty as a Team Lead - Customer Success, where they have been growing and empowering the SMB Team from scratch towards their individual growth and company's KPIs, creating, implementing and managing all processes to facilitate maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the team, and participating in cross-department projects to represent the SMB department and make an impact for the wide organization. Additionally, they have also been serving as a Customer Success Manager, managing and maintaining close relationships with large and global organizations on a daily/weekly basis, serving as a trusted advisor to the customer to educate them on product features and market industry, and leading upsells, cross-sells and renewals process in a proactive approach.

Céline Entin received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University South of France between 2010 and 2013. In 2019, they obtained a Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from Udemy in April. In 2020, they obtained a Data Analyst Expert: SQL PowerBI Python Certification from Udemy.
