Ekin Başar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ekin started their career in 2015 as a Freelance Translator at SosyalLob, where they worked until 2017. In 2015, they also joined TUI as a Receptionist and remained in that role until 2017.

In 2018, Ekin worked as a Redaktör on a freelance basis before joining Alldaywifi as a Customer Support Specialist from September 2018 to July 2019. Ekin was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and served as the main point of contact for guests.

Following their stint at Alldaywifi, Ekin joined Your Porter App as a Product Success Specialist in July 2019. In this role, they conducted demonstration calls with leads, onboarded users to the platform, and customized their accounts to maximize their benefits. Ekin also managed minor bugs and reported them to the R&D team, ensuring users were kept informed throughout the resolution process. Ekin held this role until September 2020 when they were promoted to Customer Success Lead, a position they held until December 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Solutions Lead at Guesty For Hosts from November 2021 onwards.

Ekin Başar attended Boğaziçi University from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
