Elinor Guetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Operation Manager at Guesty, Elinor harmonizes internal customer success management practices through collaboration with multiple departments. Previously, Elinor held pivotal roles at Swimm as Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, where data-driven processes were developed to enhance customer experience, and at Gett, focusing on B2B growth strategies.
