Inbal Semach has worked in the payroll and HR field since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Payroll & HR Coordinator for American Laser. In 2016, they joined Atid Byisum as a Payroll Specialist & Salary Analysis, where they were responsible for the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of monthly payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring paychecks were correct and delivered on time, providing process support, and processing employee onboarding and termination documents. In 2018, they joined Guesty as Head of Global Payroll and also worked as a Payroll Specialist.

Inbal Semach received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Sapir College in 2014. Inbal then obtained a Payroll Accountant Certificate from the Ministry Of Accountants.
